Assalamu 'Alaikum,

As Al Muttahed have not responded to any of our correspondence, we are proposing the following process in order for you to send back your deeds and get a refund of the monies you have paid for your purchase.

In the fist instance, we suggest you take full COLOUR Photocopies of all your documents given below:

The Residential Unit Lease Contact
Residential Unit Beneficiary Ownership Deed for 25 years
A copy of your passport
Any other associated documentation related to your purchase

Please ensure these are good quality copies as you may need to resort back to them as proof at a later date.

Download the enclosed standard template letter and complete with your own individual details.

Please make sure you include all the following information in the letter….

Your full name
Your full address
Your Home Telephone No. with STD Code
Your Mobile Telephone No. with STD Code
Your Email Address
Your Passport Number
Today’s Date
Your Contract Number or Numbers (if you have purchased more than one week)
Total amount paid (In US Dollars excluding transfer fees):
Date the amount was paid

Once you have photocopies of all your documents, place the original documents, including a copy of your passport (PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE ORIGINAL PASSPORT) and address the package as follows:

We suggest you send the package via a courier such as DHL or TNT Express to ensure it arrives safely and is signed for by the other party. Using a reputable courier company also allows you to track your documents and be notified when it has reached its destination.

Please do not send the documents via standard post such as Royal Mail, as they can easily get misplaced and once again, ensure you keep proof of postage and delivery.

Insha’Allah, we pray that upon receipt of your documents, Al Muttahed will action the payment ASAP, which should be credited to your account.

Finally, please note that this refund process is between you, the owner, and Al Muttahed. If you do not feel comfortable in sending your deeds as outlined, please contact Al Muttahed and arrange a procedure that you are happier with. We will not be responsible to any loss of documents and advise all purchasers to be fully satisfied with the process before taking any steps.
